SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Lyrical Sisters. This policy outlines how, when, and where we ship our products, and what to do if something doesn't arrive as expected.
UNITED KINGDOM
We offer free standard shipping to all UK addresses. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of being placed, with delivery following standard timeframes (usually 2–3 business days after dispatch).
EUROPEAN UNION
We ship to the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day, with delivery following standard timeframes for your country (usually 3–5 business days after dispatch). Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country's customs authority on arrival.
WORLDWIDE
We ship worldwide, excluding countries that most couriers do not serve. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at hello@lyricalsistersstudio.com and we'll do our best to find an alternative.
International shipping costs are paid by the customer and calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country's customs authority on arrival.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
For EU customers: Lyrical Sisters is not currently registered for the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. This means that VAT and any applicable customs duties on your order will be collected by the courier before delivery. The courier will contact you directly to arrange payment. Please be aware that this may result in additional charges and a small delay before your parcel is delivered.
We recommend reviewing your country's import rules and approximate duty/VAT rates before placing an order. We cannot reduce, refund or take responsibility for any customs charges incurred.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak periods (sale events, holidays), processing may take slightly longer; we'll let you know if there's a delay.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate dispatch email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please get in touch at hello@lyricalsistersstudio.com.
DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Once your parcel is with the courier, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, or events outside our control. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@lyricalsistersstudio.com and we'll work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.
LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please:
1. Check around your delivery address, including with neighbours and in common building areas
2. Confirm the delivery address on your order is correct
3. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number
4. Contact us at hello@lyricalsistersstudio.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date
If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit and the courier confirms it cannot be located, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Claims must be raised within 30 days of the dispatch date.
DAMAGED PARCELS
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your parcel or its contents are damaged in transit, contact us at hello@lyricalsistersstudio.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or being unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Any additional shipping costs incurred for redelivery will be the customer's responsibility.
